Sport Karate Competition Info
All competitors age 13 and below may compete in one kata/forms and one point sparring division.
All competitors age 14 and above may compete in one point sparring, one continuous sparring, and if eligible, one advanced belt open kata/forms division.*
*Advanced belt girls and boys ages 14-17 may compete in the open kata/forms division. This is one division for advanced belts only. All kata/forms competitors may use open hand, weapons, or music (or any combination of those) and will compete against each other.
*Advanced belt women and men ages 18+ may compete in the open kata/forms division. This is one division for advanced belts only. All kata/forms competitors may use open hand, weapons, or music (or any combination of those) and will compete against each other.
No Gi Jiu-Jitsu Competition Info
*Each No Gi Jiu-Jitsu competitor may compete in one division. This is a single elimination competition.
